Nunsaram Korean Dessert Cafe – A Sweet Escape into Bingsu Bliss in Singapore

Nunsaram Korean Dessert Cafe – A Sweet Escape into Bingsu Bliss in Singapore

When Singapore’s heat hits hard (and let’s be honest — that’s almost every day), there’s no better way to cool down than with a towering bowl of Korean bingsu. And if you’re hunting for the real deal, look no further than Nunsaram Korean Dessert Cafe.

I remember the bingsu craze reached a peak around 2015 / 2016 when there were many Korean Dessert Cafes sprouting up in Singapore. In this survival of the fittest F&B industry, Nunsaram Korean Dessert Cafe appears to be the winner. It has become a go-to for K-dessert lovers craving authentic Korean icy treats.

What to Order at Nunsaram

Nunsaram Korean Dessert Cafe Singapore

1. Red Bean Bingsu

This is our usual order which is a combination of the Injeolmi Bingsu with red bean topping. Despite the toppings, the bingsu was not overly sweet.

2. Injeolmi Bingsu

A classic! Soft, nutty, and not-too-sweet, the injeolmi (soybean powder with chewy rice cakes) offers a creamy and comforting flavor profile. It’s topped with roasted almond slices and drizzled with condensed milk. A cult favourite for a reason.

3. Strawberry Bingsu

An Instagrammable beauty — fresh strawberries piled high over milky shaved ice, topped with whipped cream and strawberry syrup. Sweet, tangy, and super refreshing.

4. Choco Banana Bingsu

Chocolate lovers, rejoice. This one comes with chocolate powder, banana slices, brownie chunks, and a scoop of chocolate ice cream. It’s indulgent and perfect for sharing (or not!).

5. Korean Snacks

Need something savoury? Our favourite is the special tteokbokki that comprises of half kimbap (5 pieces), tteokbokki, fried seaweed (2 pieces) and dimsum (2 pieces).

What Makes Nunsaram Special?

✔️ Authentic Korean Flavours: Their bingsu is made with finely shaved milk ice, not just ice flakes — so it’s extra smooth and creamy.
✔️ Generous Portions: Great for sharing with friends, couples, or if you’re feeling bold, solo dessert warriors.
✔️ Trendy Vibes: Cosy, minimalist interiors with a K-café aesthetic. Great for chill dates or mid-shopping breaks.
