If you’re searching for authentic Neapolitan pizza in Singapore, Vincenzo Capuano delivers a full-on Italian experience – right from the charred crusts to the heartwarming simplicity of traditional ingredients.

We tried two standout items on the menu:
Provola e Pepe
This pizza is a masterclass in minimalism. It is after all the iconic pizza winner of the 19th World Championship. The pizza had a beautifully risen crust, it’s not easy to find a pizzeria that does this. Smoked provola cheese and tomatoes with cracked black pepper come together on a fluffy, blistered crust. Simple, but bold. The smokiness lingers in a way that elevates every bite and if you’re a fan of cheese-driven and red sauce pizzas, this one’s a must.

Guanciale di Manzo
This was one of the dishes that was highly recommended. Beef cheek, slow-cooked to tender perfection, rested atop that home-made fusilli. The richness of the guanciale, balanced with just the right amount of fat, melted into the sauce – savoury, decadent. It’s not your average meat topping but we felt that the meat was too shredded to give any meaningful texture to the dish. This dish would be perfect for sharing as it was quite heavy for the both of us.

What sets Vincenzo Capuano apart isn’t just the quality ingredients or the beautifully chewy crust. It’s the confidence in their simplicity. Every pizza feels deliberate. Each bite reminds you that you’re eating something steeped in Neapolitan tradition like their famous Margherita pizzas.
