If you’re looking for an authentic Italian dining experience at Jewel Changi Airport, TUTTO is a restaurant that’s worth adding to your list. Located in the East, TUTTO offers a menu inspired by classic Italian recipes, featuring freshly prepared pasta, handcrafted pizzas, and traditional desserts.
During our visit, we sampled a selection of their signature dishes, including the Granchio Pasta, Pomodoro e Basilico Pasta, Bolognese Pasta, Margherita Pizza, Gamberi e Limone Pizza, and finished the meal with their classic Tiramisu.

Restaurant Ambience
TUTTO offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with modern Italian-inspired décor. Whether you’re taking a break after shopping at Jewel or meeting family and friends for a meal before your flight, the restaurant provides a comfortable and relaxed dining environment.
The open dining concept and cosy interior make it suitable for casual lunches, family dinners, and even date nights.
Granchio Pasta
The Granchio Pasta was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our meal.
Prepared with crab meat in a rich tomato-based sauce, every mouthful delivered a wonderful balance between sweetness from the crab and the natural acidity of the tomatoes. The pasta was cooked beautifully to an al dente texture, allowing it to absorb the flavours without becoming overly soft.
This was the girls’ favourite dish but the portion size is on the petit side.
Pomodoro e Basilico Pasta
Sometimes, simplicity is the hardest dish to perfect.
The Pomodoro e Basilico Pasta demonstrates exactly that. Made using tomatoes, basil and olive oil, the sauce was fresh, fragrant and comforting.
The sweetness of the tomatoes paired perfectly with the aromatic basil, creating a classic Italian dish that doesn’t require complicated ingredients to impress.
If you appreciate traditional Italian cooking, this is an excellent choice.
Bolognese Pasta
The Bolognese Pasta offered a hearty and satisfying option.
The meat sauce was rich without being overly heavy, delivering deep savoury flavours that complemented the pasta well. The slow-cooked style sauce had enough body to coat every strand evenly while maintaining a balanced flavour profile.
This is the kind of comforting pasta that appeals to both adults and children.
Margherita Pizza
The Margherita Pizza stayed true to its Italian roots.
The crust was pillowy crisp around the edges while remaining soft and chewy in the centre. The combination of mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomato sauce and fresh basil showcased how quality ingredients can create a wonderfully satisfying pizza without excessive toppings.
It’s simple, classic and highly enjoyable.
Gamberi e Limone Pizza
For something slightly different, we tried the Gamberi e Limone Pizza.
The prawns were fresh and juicy, while the hint of lemon added brightness that lifted the overall flavour without overpowering the seafood. The citrus notes complemented the prominent prawn bisque sauce beautifully, making this pizza feel different but delicious.
It’s an excellent option if you’re looking for something refreshing yet indulgent.
Tiramisu
No Italian meal is complete without dessert, and the Tiramisu did not disappoint.
Light mascarpone cream layered with alcoholic coffee-soaked sponge created a dessert that was rich yet not overly sweet. The cocoa shavings added a pleasant bitterness that balanced the creamy texture perfectly.
It was an ideal way to finish the meal.
Overall Dining Experience
TUTTO successfully delivers authentic Italian comfort food in a welcoming setting at Jewel Changi Airport. The menu caters to diners looking for both traditional favourites and slightly more contemporary flavour combinations.

The quality of the ingredients, well-balanced flavours, and consistently good execution made for an enjoyable dining experience.
Whether you’re stopping by before a flight, meeting friends for lunch, or simply craving authentic Italian cuisine, TUTTO is well worth considering. And this is easily some of the best Italian food we had in Singapore.
